I’m Anne Saana Saya, a Mother, Doula of passages, Medium and Priestess, known for cutting through the noise, and diving straight into the raw, messy and intimate Truth in life, love and intimacy.
With a background in Somatics, Yoni Shakti Yoga, Voice Activation and Bodywork — enriched by her connection with the unseen world & a passion to taste every flavour of Love — she now walks with women through the thresholds of life to remember their truthful tender heart, deepen intimacy, and embody a liberated and passionate life.
My work is rooted in bathing you in deep presence and love, so that you can hear your inner medicine and integrate the changes necessary to live a life that embraces the continuum of life. A 1,5 hours 1-1 yoga class that brings you back home in your female body.
In Yoni Shakti Yoga each posture, breath, gesture and sound is a remembrance of who you are as a woman. Designed with the intention to let your female wholeness blossom and reconnect you to the sacred between and within your female gateways, yoni, womb, heart and voice.
Practicing this yoga connects you back to your natural essence, cyclical and changing continously, and empowers you to treat yourself with the precious wisdom of female yoga.
Sovereignty is my intention with each class, meaning you'll be able to integrate each practice in your life so that you can live your life your way.

A ceremony created for your unique passage.
Examples: mother blessing, first blood, abortion, miscarriage, inner/sacred union.
Re-integrating ritual and ceremony to celebrate and honour a new phase of your life, it supports your natural evolution into maturity as you transform. This is the medicine we forgot in this world and I believe, is the way we get into right relationship with ourselves and others as a human being.
A rite of passage ceremony is very individual and solely created for you. Tell me about your wishes and we will create a ritual uniquely for you, together.
